COVID -19 MEASURES

Continuously we will update the measures in accordance with changing national requirements, as well as the recommendations of WHO and governments

RECEPTION

MEASUREMENTS:

• Disinfectant solution will be available at the hotel entrance.
• At the Reception desk there is a protection screen and our team have their personal face masks
•  Regularly clean objects and surfaces in public areas that are regularly touched such as elevator buttons, stair rails, door handles…
• Guests who check in must respect the 1.5 m  social distancing protocol whilst waiting in line if reception is busy.

• The hotel will ensure that guests respect the recommended safety distance.
• The rule of 1 person in the lift will be applied, unless masks are used or if the lift is shared by members of the same household.
• Our Reception team has been trained and instructed on passing in the relevant information to guests.

ACCOMMODATION

MEASUREMENTS:

• All rooms have access from the stairs and the use of the lift can be avoided if required.
• Decorative items have been reduced or removed
• Blankets are properly protected
• Once a client checks out, rooms will be cleaned , ventilated and disinfected
•  A detailed plan of new  cleaning needs has been adopted with new chemical and disinfectant products, a new protocol for a deep cleaning of the room and particular attention to sanitize frequently touched items such as light switches ,remote controls, hangers
